Hotel Espana Ocean Drive - Newly Renovated Barcelona

Our stay at Hotel Espana Ramblas was overall enjoyable. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. The building itself is beautiful and adds to the charm of the stay. The staff were always helpful and made us feel welcomed throughout our time there.

This boutique hotel is perfectly located in the center of the city, just a block from a Metro stop and right in the heart of La Rambla. It makes it incredibly convenient to explore the city and visit tourist locations. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, with spacious bathrooms featuring double lavatories for convenience. The staff is welcoming and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Additionally, the rooftop lounge offers stunning views over the city and a small pool for relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

The breakfast offered at the hotel is a bit pricey for what it includes, but there are plenty of alternative restaurants nearby that offer better options.

We had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the action. The service was also top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff on hand for anything we needed. The hotel's location is fantastic, right off Las Ramblas and close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. It is in the vibrant Ramblas area of the city, next to the side entrance of the Opera House. The staff provided exceptional service, accommodating guests during a difficult situation. The hotel is clean and relaxing, with comfortable beds. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and you can even request eggs cooked to your preference.

Some of the bathrooms had issues, with the floor flooding during showers and unstable toilet roll holders.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all the tourist attractions, just off the Ramblas and close to the Metro station.
